Polgoon Aval
Cornish champagne style cider,light dry and a great compliment to Cornish cheese & shellfish. A lovely, refreshing and very refined drink. Crisp and lively with a fresh nose and fine, persistent mousse, it has delicious perfumed fruit, just off dry with balancing acidity. On the palate, it’s soft and creamy; the fruit is elegant with a long,
attractive finish.
